With NHLers having to sit on the sidelines for the 2018 Winter Olympics hockey fans in Canada have been wondering who exactly will be donning red and white in South Korea.

Thursday, Team Canada unveiled the 26-man roster for the Karjala Cup, an event that will be taking place in Finland and Switzerland from November 8th to the 12th. In the press release, Team Canada stated that the list of 26 includes players that are part of a "larger group that is still under consideration for the Olympic team." So while the roster is by no means finalized, a number of the players participating at the Karjala Cup may very well be representing Team Canada in South Korea as well.
