Back in December, the sports world received a cool teaser trailer on an upcoming movie about a documentary on the late, great Andre the Giant.

Details have been limited over the last year when news first broke, but we finally have word on a confirmation date for the doc.

Two days after WrestleMania 34, the film on the gigantic wresler will be released on April 10th  at 10pm ET. On top of that, a narrative Andre the Giant biopic is almost ready to rock, too.

We now have a full trailer for the documentary to go along with the release date, and it looks fantastic.

Prominent figures in the wrestling community such as Hulk Hogan, Jerry Lawler, Vince McMahon, Gene Okerlund and Ric Flair, as well as Billy Crystal, are interviewed in the documentary.

Jason Hehir, who worked on ESPN’s 30 for 30 films is directing the documentary.

While they were many myths around the man known as “The Eighth Wonder of the World,”  such as that he once drank 156 beers in one sitting. HBO’s states that the film will aim to paint a clear pictutre of the story of ‘The Giant.’

The film will also touch on the lowlights of his career, including his battle with alcohol, and the unfortunate side of what it meant to live life as a 7-foot-4, 470-pound giant.

Andre Rene Roussimoff was born on May 19, 1946 and passed away during his sleep from congestive heart failure on January 27th, 1993 at the age of 47.
