The NBA Finals is shifting to California as the Toronto Raptors and Golden State Warriors inch closer to deciding an NBA Champion. The stakes are high, particularly for a Raptors team that made their first ever NBA Finals this season, as opposed to a Warriors squad that has been crowned king of the league three out of the last four years.
You’d think the Raps would be feeling the nerves, and rightfully so, but you likely wouldn’t know it just by watching these interactions between Raps guards Norm Powell and Fred VanVleet.
Relaxed and loose, that’s the way you have to play it when you’re battling for Larry O’Brien. This may mean nothing at all when it’s all said and done, but at least we know they’re having fun as one of the final two teams standing.
