The NBA is at a bit of a crossroads at the moment. While diehards will stick by the sport of basketball no matter what, some fans are beginning to renounce their fandom based on the fact that there is a certain level of predictability based on the lack of parity.

Well, if they thought it was ruined already, they certainly won’t be happy with Stephen A. Smith’s latest report that LeBron James – today’s undisputed best player – reached out to Durant – widely thought to be today’s second best player – about possibly teaming up in Los Angeles Lakers attire.
As explained in the caption, LeBron’s camp denies it but that would be expected whether it’s true or not. We don’t know if this is fact or fiction, but it didn’t stop people from throwing their best shade at the NBA and the players involved.
