Game 2 did NOT go according to plan for the Raptors on Thursday night, as the Cavaliers dominated the top seed in the Eastern Conference to grab a commanding 2-0 series lead.
LeBron James had an off game in Game 1 (or his version of it), but in Game 2, the Air Canada Centre was the King's court and everyone took notice. LeBron led all players with 43 points, and dished out a game-high 14 assists as well, falling just two rebounds shy of an authoritative triple-double.
Spirits were down North of the border with the Raptors now having to find a way to win in 'Believeland,' but things were made all the more worse when #LeBronto began trending on Twitter. Yes, the Raptors were subjected to a roasting online. It all started with a clever quip into a commercial break.
From there, the tweets and chirps began to flood in...
Alright, alright...so today doesn't feel great if you're a Raptors fan. BUT, you know what, just remember to hold onto these feelings and remember these jokes in the case that the Raptors do comeback in this series, because he who laughs last, laughs loudest.
