The Saskatchewan Roughriders slotted Duron Carter in on defence last year for a game against the Calgary Stampeders and he did exactly what he said he was going to do; pick off Bo Levi Mitchell and take it all the way to the house.
Ahead of Thursday’s Week 2 matchup against the Ottawa Redblacks, the team announced they were only going to play Carter at defensive back for the game. Well, he got tested early on and did exactly what he did the last time he picked up an interception.
Duron Carter didn’t see any balls thrown his way before that play and we’re guessing Trevor Harris is going to think twice about throwing his way again throughout the night.
