If you've followed Drake's fandom in the sports world over the years, you know that the Canadian rapper has no qualms about supporting various teams and athletes at the professional and collegiate levels.
If a big game is about to go down, or a team is embarking on a tournament run or playoff push with a big name player involved, there's a good chance that the Toronto Raptors global ambassador will show some love in the form of a jersey, sweater or shout them out on social media or in the eye of the public.
But over the years, the phenomenon known as the 'Drake curse' has developed, as teams like the Raptors, Alabama and the Kentucky men's basketball team and MMA star Conor McGregor have all fallen on the big stage after receiving Drake's public support.
On Saturday night, the '6ix God' and leader of OVO leader decided to poke some fun at himself in a self-deprecating manner by wearing a sweater with all four NFL teams that are playing in the NFC and AFC Championships -- the Saints, Rams, Chiefs and Patriots.
"For everyone who believes in the Drake curse good luck tomorrow," Drake wrote on his Instagram story.
Who's the band wagoner now?
That's it, there will be no winners on Championship Sunday. The Super Bowl is cancelled this season.
