DeAngelo Williams spent nine seasons with the Carolina Panthers and two with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but now the 34-year-old is focusing on life after football.

Last week, the former NFL running back made a stop at the Impact Wrestling headquarters to get some training in.

If you’re wondering what Williams is training for, it’s his debut match which will take place at Slammiversary XV, Impact’s biggest PPV event of the year, on July 2nd at the Impact Zone in Orlando, Florida.

Williams got some training in with Scott D’Amore for a few weeks in Canada before he made the trip down south to the Impact Wrestling headquarters.

Williams will take part in a tag team match, where he will be partnered up with Moose, who happens to be former NFL offensive tackle Quinn Ojinnaka, and the two will go up against Chris Adonis and Eli Drake.
