The Kawhi Leonard sweepstakes are finally over.

In the early hours of Saturday morning (Eastern Time), the 28-year-old signed a four-year, $142 max deal with the Los Angeles Clippers. Things took an even crazier turn when Paul George was also moved to the Clippers shortly after, turning LAC into an immediate contender in a matter of minutes. The basketball world could hardly believe what went down, including a certain all-star from the Western Conference. Portland Trailblazers point guard Damian Lillard joined ESPN’s The Jump and was apparently every Raptors fan when he found out the news.

Damian #Lillard was just as surprised as everyone else.

His tweet on the news also said it all…

Unfortunately for Dame D.O.L.L.A., the Clippers weren’t the only team to stack up on Saturday. The Lakers managed to grab a couple of big free agents of their own in DeMarcus Cousins and Danny Green. completely reshaping the West in a matter of hours.

Which LA team will prevail? 🤔👇
