Saturday night is fight night at the ACC as Adonis Stevenson looks to retain his WBC Light Heavyweight Championship when he takes on Badou Jack.

The man they call "Superman" carrier a professional record of 29-1 into the fight with 24 of those wins coming by way of knockout and Stevenson hasn't lost since April of 2010.

Before he steps into the ring with Jack, Cabbie caught up with Stevenson to ask him how he studies his opponents, how he maintains his fighting weight and what body parts will he aim for to inflict the most pain in his upcoming bout:

If cutting out the good stuff and training all the time helps earn you the nickname Superman and is the secret to being one of the best in the world at the age of 40, then we're all for trying it out.

Based on the spots they marked on Cabbie, Jack could be in for a long, long night come Saturday.
