Despite leading the Toronto Raptors to their most successful regular season in franchise history, Dwane Casey was fired after the team was swept out of the playoffs by the Cleveland Cavaliers. They are unusual circumstances, and now even more so as the NBA announced Casey as its Coach of the Year winner.
