Still under the impression LaVar Ball is going to fade away? Think again.

On Friday, LaVar Ball took us on a tour of his mansion – a mammoth 16,000 square foot residence in Chino Hills.

When LaVar demanded a billion dollar deal from one of the big apparel brands, people laughed at him. When he then decided to pioneer his own apparel line, Big Baller Brand, people said he was ruining his kid’s career. When Big Baller Brand put a price tag on Lonzo Ball’s first signature shoe, the ZO2, just shy of $500, people shrugged him off as a ridiculous big-mouth that would fade away soon.

You know what they say, any publicity is good publicity.

The Ball family is now ingrained in professional basketball culture. Lonzo was successfully drafted to the Los Angeles Lakers, also LaVar’s plan all along, 2nd overall in 2017.

Big Baller Brand (LLC) purchased the Chino Hills mansion for $5.2 million, a testament to the ongoing success of LaVar’s unique style of marketing. On Monday, the Los Angeles Times confirmed the sale of a house LaVar claims to be the “best house in an 80-mile radius.” Here is a look at the first exterior shots of the newest BBB estate.
