The Toronto Argonauts found the end zone first in their matchup against the Calgary Stampeders on Saturday night, and the six points came courtesy of a former Stampeder receiver.

With just over seven minutes to play in the opening quarter, Argos quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson connected with receiver Juwan Brescacin for a three-yard touchdown pass and the Argos showed Andre De Grasse some love through their touchdown celebration.

The 26-year old is already a Canadian Olympic legend as he’s captured an Olympic medal in all six Olympic events he has competed in throughout his career, and the Argos paid homage to the Scarborough, Ontario native with their first score of the night.
