It was a busy night in the National Basketball Association.
Magic Johnson stepped down from the Lakers; Dwyane Wade played his final home game for the Miami Heat; and Dirk Nowitzki officially announced his retirement from the NBA by informing Mavs fans it was his final game inside the American Airlines Center.
Anthony Davis is not even close to retiring, but he's all but guaranteed to be leaving the New Orleans Pelicans this summer. On Tuesday, the Pelicans hosted the Golden State Warriors, and when Davis showed up to the game, the superstar centre had quite the interesting t-shirt selection stemming from the Looney Tunes.
"That's all folks" read the shirt. The most awkward part? The Pelicans posted the clip of Davis walking in, and then promptly deleted it after they realized what was printed on.
Prior to game time, Davis was listed as probable but then was ruled out shortly after the internet had a field day with it.
