So it’s been a few months now since face coverings became a staple part of our day to day lives. Some people have tackled which face masks work best for them, whereas others are still trying to figure the whole thing out.

Others include one of our favourite coaches, Andy Reid.

Coaching along the sidelines Sunday evening for the Chiefs visit in Tampa Bay for Week 12, Andy Reid was spotted sporting a unique face-covering following the NFL’s new safety protocols.

If a coach opts for a face shield, they need to accompany it with a mask as well.

We’re a little confused about how the mask is staying over his face. Is it a drawstring? Is it taped to his nose? Being held by his glasses? There’s quite a bit to unpack here.

Straying away from the fogged up face shield that turned into an internet meme earlier this season, Reid’s new Chiefs patterned face covering had people online confused, yet ultimately pretty entertained.

And you know what? Holly's not wrong!

Whether it’s a fogged-up shield or a mask that is shaped like a jockstrap, Reid is still able to lead his team to success. We just hope this mask situation gets sorted out for Andy Reid sometime soon.
