The Washington Capitals captured their first Stanley Cup in franchise history last Thursday night in Las Vegas and they’ve been partying non-stop since the first bottle of champagne was popped after the game.
From partying in Las Vegas to celebrating on the roof of Cafe Milano in D.C., to throwing out the first pitch at a Washington Nationals game, Ovi and the gang have been living it up as Stanley Cup champions. On Monday, the 2018 Conn Smythe Trophy winner and Braden Holtby took the Cup on another quick trip to New York for a special guest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Ovi, Holtby and the Stanley Cup arrived safe and sound to tape their segment for Monday night’s episode of the show.
We’re sure they’ve had quite a few memorable experiences over the past few days, but not we’ll just have to wait and see if they remember them all.
