Keeping your cool while losing in any sport is an important characteristic for any athlete to have because being gracious in defeat is just as important as being respectful in victory.
Unfortunately it's not always easy for players to keep their cool, especially in blowout losses, and it's even more frustrating if you're a goalie on the wrong of a blowout loss.
This past weekend, for example, Jordan Binnington of the San Antonio Rampage expressed his frustration in a bad loss to the Texas Stars in a very aggressive way.
Binnington was given a 5-minute slashing major and a game misconduct for slashing, too. The 25-year-old allowed all 7 goals in the 7-3 loss and this isn't the first time he's mixed it up with an opponent. (H/T: Sean Shapiro)
