The best heels in wrestling always find a way to get heat in whatever city they're in and one of the ways they get heat is by chirping professional sports teams or athletes.
If WWE was in New England, for example, a heel might cut a promo on how the Patriots are cheaters and Joe Montana or Peyton Manning is the greatest quarterback of all-time, not Tom Brady.
Monday night, wrestling's top stars were in Toronto for Raw and the one and only Elias fired some shots at the city of Toronto, but more specifically the Leafs and John Tavares.

Thankfully Toronto's own Trish Stratus was there to slap some sense into the wrestling and music star, but the chirps hit home and they were brilliant.
Elias wasn't the only one to rip on Toronto, though. Quebec's own Kevin Owens also received some boos for naming a better place to wrestle than Toronto.

Now that's how you get heat and speaking of heat, SummerSlam will be in Toronto in 2019 and it's going to be an awesome week of wrestling.
