We’re not sure how to put this, but he’s kind of a big deal!
Will Ferrell got a chance to see the Stanley Cup, up close and personal. And, of course, that’s not something that anyone would turn down, but when we say up close and personal, we mean up close and personal.
The man is even laying hands on the Cup!
We don’t know about that one. If the NHL okayed it, and the Keeper of the Cup okayed it, then who are we to say any better? But Ferrell didn’t win the Cup, nor will his favourite team this season, the Los Angeles Kings. So, we’re not so sure about this!
For Ferrell, though, it must have been cool to get a moment in person with the Stanley Cup. Once upon a time, Ferrell wanted to be a sports broadcaster, and of course, he’s a massive sports fan. He even got the chance to hop on the broadcast of a Kings game this season — in-character as the legendary Ron Burgundy.
