With the NFL draft coming to a close today that means Mr. Irrelevant was just taken and if you don’t know what that is, that is the honour bestowed upon the player who was drafted with the last pick in the entire draft.
This year it was the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who chose Mr. Irrelevant.
With that being said it is always cool to take a look back at other Mr. Irrelevant’s and reflect on which one has had the most prosperous career.
There have been four Mr. Irrelevant’s who have played over 100 NFL games and only one of them had ever played in a Super Bowl is Marty Moore.
That changed last season when kicker Ryan Succop who has played more than 11 seasons in the NFL won a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers making him the first Mr. Irrelevant to start in a Super Bowl win.
Never give up on your dreams kids!
