The title says it all, baby!!

While some of you may not like hockey fighting (you may want to leave this article now), it certainly adds a different dynamic to the sport. The accountability in hockey is certainly unmatched, it’s pretty much the only place you can legally be punched in the face.

While you’re looking for the one-punch knockdown in a hockey fight, you’re trying hard not to suffer one as well. In a KHL match clip that surfaced on Thursday, we saw two combatants experience both of these feelings… simultaneously!

Thursday’s game between AK Bars and Dinamo Riga, Karlis Cukste and Nikita Dynyak decided to square up. Before engaging, the two removed their helmets respectfully and then made their approach. Once they were fully in each other’s grasp…

BAM! Double knockdown!

The slow motion replay really captures just how simultaneous the landings were. While it’s possible that the pair’s tumble to the ice was simply a chain reaction effect, it’s also clear that both landed their shot pretty cleanly.

Dynyak ended up on top, but we’re going to call this one a flat out tie.
