3D printing is slowly taking over the world. We’re seeing houses being 3D printed… heck, Bryson DeChambeau just 3D printed the heads of his golf clubs at a Major! So, this got us thinking…
Can we 3D print hockey sticks?
We wanted to find out for ourselves, so we made the trip to visit the talented crew at Objex Unlimited to see what we could do. Steve Cory, who runs the show there, informed us a full stick wasn’t in the cards, however… he did say blades would work. So, we put Steve and his crew to work, and little did we know… he surprised us with two unique ones for our beer league game.

That has got to be the single craziest blade ever created!!!!
And just when you thought the video couldn’t get any crazier, Jesse managed to bingo one in. The initial reaction from pretty much everyone was that the blade broke into the net and that the puck went into the corner… but after it registered, the reaction was just priceless. As kangix1499 mentioned in the top commnet… “The Jesse Hat trick : A goal, an apple and an illegal equipment penalty. Legends stuff right there.”
It all worked out!
