Last Wednesday, New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton used an interesting tactic to motivate his players about the tangible rewards the Saints would reap if they're able to win three straight playoff games to become Super Bowl LIII Champions.

The motivational technique included the Lombardi Trophy, a Super Bowl ring, and $225k in cold hard cash.

Courtesy of Ian Rapoport, we now have photo evidence of the motivational tactic, which was reportedly brought in with armed guards.

As you can see, Payton set the trophy, money and ring right in the middle of the dressing room for all the players to see. Each player is given a bonus of $225k if they win the Super Bowl. You know the backups and depth chart players are chomping at the bit for the starters to go out and win.

The best part was that the cash was all in one-dollar bills, make it that much more staggering to look at. The internet certainly had their fun the bill selection.
