The Denver Broncos pulled one out of a hat on Sunday when they defeated one of the AFC frontrunners in the Pittsburgh Steelers. Part of that was due to the 110 rushing yards produced by first-year running back Phillip Lindsay. Strangely enough, however, Lindsay’s smoothest move may have come while he was off the field.
After busting off a run, Lindsay is forced out of bounds by Steelers safety Terrell Edmunds. While some players would fear injury when toppling off the field and onto a sidelines full of equipment, people, and different terrain, Lindsay pulls off one of the smoothest moves we’ve seen all year.
He made that look like it was part of a dance routine?! Was it actually some sort of celebration he’s been choreographing?! No, it was just a really satisfying moment.
No matter how you slice it, the Broncos will feel pretty great sliding into next week.
