There’s a reason why everyone loves ESPN's NBA Insider, Adrian Wojnarowski.
For one, he’s a master at building strong relationships with many athletes and agents. There’s a high enough level of trust there to the point where he can get the insider scoop before anyone else does. When Woj breaks a story, everyone can basically guarantee that it’s legit news. Also, he kills it information wise. Even on draft nights when there are tons of other reporters covering the exact same thing.
Last night was a busy night for Woj. The Warriors announced that Klay Thompson had suffered a lower leg injury, but it wasn't confirmed the severity of it. So Woj did what Woj does best and went live on ESPN to talk about it. As he was wrapping up his appearance, his phone started to ring. He actually pulled out his phone and answered while he was still on the air!
How great is that? The man literally never stops.
