Von Miller has been one of the most dominant defensive players in the entire NFL since he entered the league in 2011. Throughout his eight-year career, Miller has totaled 98 career sacks, a Denver Broncos franchise record, and has finished with double digit sacks in every season except the 2013 campaign; where he only played nine games due to a torn ACL.

Despite finishing tied for fourth in the entire league for sacks with 14.5, another outstanding season from Miller wasn’t enough to propel the Denver Broncos into the postseason as they missed the playoffs for the third straight year. On Friday, Miller’s mother, Gloria, turned to Instagram to vent about who she believes is the real problem in Denver after hearing rumours about her son getting traded.

Miller’s mother took a screenshot of a report that read ‘Elway Talks Possible Von Trade’ and used her caption to share how she really felt about the former Denver Broncos quarterback and current general manager and president of football operations of the team.

“Not because he’s my Son but, he’s the main reason Denver won the Super Bowl. Von’s NOT the problem the problem is Elway… EVERY QB he’s brought in was a fluke!! He want’s to halfass pay the vets but wants them to perform at a high caliber. He has no clue on drafting at any position. He needs to work on a offensive line & QB. Trading Von isn’t the answer but best of luck with that. Elway has wasted more money on QB’s than ANY TEAM IN THE NFL. I get it’s easier to blame Von but it’s NOT HIM. #WhatupDallas #SendJerryJobysNumber”

Gloria Miller did not hold back as she defended her son and ripped into Elway and the way he has handled the team over the past few years. It’s also interesting that she added in the hashtags #WhatupDallas and one that we’re guessing is supposed to read ‘Send Jerry Jones Number’.

Miller restructured his contract this season and earned $10,125,000, but he’s still due $69,975,000 over the next three season. However, the Broncos can cut ties with the Super Bowl 50 MVP.
