First at-bat.

First pitch.

That’s all it took for Vladimir Guerrero Jr. to be the first player this season to reach 20 home runs on Saturday.

During the second game of the Jays series in Boston, Vladdy clinched the HR leader title when he hammered off of Nick Pivetta to bring both him and Bo Bichette in to score, giving the Jays an early 2-0 lead over the Red Sox.

Smell ya later!

Prior to Saturday’s game, Vladdy was leading the league in OBP (.442), slugging percentage (.664) and OPS (1.106).

Fire up the MVP champs already!

Though of course, the baseball community had some pretty stellar reactions to Vladdy's success.
