Vladimir Guerrero Jr. put together one of the best performances at the plate on Tuesday night and the league took notice.

The 22-year-old finished the night 3-4 with three home runs, including a grand slam, three runs scored and 7 RBI.

Vlad Jr.’s historic night bumped his season batting average up to .360 and his OPS to 1.177, and as a result of his big night and impressive season oddsmakers decided to give Vlad Jr.’s odds to win the AL MVP a very nice bump that puts the Jays’ slugger in the top three.

His 3-home run game on Tuesday made him the youngest player in Blue Jays history with a 3-home run game, the 2nd youngest player to accomplish the feat in the last 50 years, and the 7th youngest player in MLB history to hit three home runs in a game.

Only two Blue Jays have ever won the AL MVP as George Bell won the award back in 1987 and Josh Donaldson won it a few years ago in 2015.
