LeBron James is a player that can single handedly takeover games, just ask Toronto Raptors fans. Every there seems to be something working against him, LeBron finds a way. His ridiculous presence on the court makes him one of the most desirable assets every time he hits the market (which, given his very unique position of total power in the league, is just about every year).
This year has a very interesting offseason coming up. With Kyrie Irving leaving LeBron’s Cleveland Cavaliers, prompting the team to blow itself up at the trade deadline and work it out to still sit up 2-0 in a 2nd round playoff series, LeBron has less of a reason to stay than ever. He’ll likely be successful wherever he goes, but if he’s able to align himself alongside other superstars such as Joel Embiid or James Harden, well, watch out Golden State.
As a result, Vegas has put together the betting odds for where LeBron may land following this offseason. To some people’s surprise, the Cleveland Cavaliers ended up sitting 4th on the list.
Ugh, just thinking about LeBron joining the Warriors is enough to cause a league-wide aneurism. In fact, most of those options are pretty darn scary. People chimed in with their opinions on where the King should head.
Who knows, maybe he’ll shock the world and retire?
