We live in a funny time, where social media has broken down many of the barriers that used to exist between brand and consumer, and viral marketing can be one of the most effective ways to reach audiences.

So, Under Armour decided to send a care package to a fella by the name of Wesley Williams, with just one instruction: go viral. Naturally, he jumped over his car.

Oh yeah. You might’ve thought that by jumping over his car, that just meant Williams would clear the car from door to door, as Blake Griffin did so memorably over a Kia in the 2011 NBA Dunk Contest. But, nah. The man did this from bumper to bumper, and we’re losing our minds.

With over 33,000 views on his original Instagram post, not including views from sources that reposted his video (which, also, is how we found it), it sure looks like Williams has fulfilled the original challenge to go viral. In his bio, he describes himself as the world record holder for running box jump at 76 inches, so maybe we shouldn’t be so surprised.

On the other hand, we just watched that video again, and we still can’t believe it.
