LeBron James is easily one of the most physically gifted people on this earth. His size, his strength, his freakish abilities on the court have cemented his place in the GOAT discussion, and a lot of that can be attributed to his work ethic.
And his diet? Maybe not so much according to former teammate Tristan Thompson.
In an article written by Joe Varden and Jason Lloyd of the Athletic, Thompson gives a description of LeBron’s apparently bad diet. While it may sound like hate, it’s actually seems like it’s more astonishment than anything:
He has the worst f—— diet ever. Ask him what he eats for breakfast. He has like five french toast, drowns it in syrup with strawberries and bananas. Then he has like a four-egg omelette and then he goes and just f—— dunks on somebody. It doesn’t make sense.
He eats desserts with every meal. He’ll come with his one-week diet, vegan crap, but he literally eats like it doesn’t make sense. He’s really a specimen. He eats like s—. I remember one year I tried to eat like he ate and it just didn’t work out. I started gaining weight and said, “F— this.” I mean it works for him. He loves sweets. He loves sweets. He eats desserts and French toast. It’s crazy how his body just burns it.
He really goes in on his former teammate in an all-out expose. Saying that, even Thompson knows that it doesn’t seem to slow LeBron down anyway.
