The Cincinnati Reds are in the thick of a crazy playoff race in the National League with less than a handful of games to go. A big reason why they're in this race to begin with is Trevor Bauer.
Wednesday night, Bauer started on short rest against the Brewers and tossed another gem to not only strengthen his CY Young case, but give the Reds their 9th win in 11 games. Bauer's dominance was highlighted by one particular at bat when he got reigning NL MVP Christian Yelich to strike out and busted out the Conor McGregor strut to celebrate while walking off the mound.
Bauer is feeling it right now and with just 3 games to go, he's hoping he'll get another chance to pitch again this year, but in the playoffs.
