Early on in The Match, the running theme (and ongoing joke) was Tom Brady’s poor play as Phil Mickelson's partner against the tandem of Tiger Woods and Peyton Manning — he was really hearing it from Charles Barkley in particular, as one of the broadcast commentators.
Never count out Touchdown Tom, however. Redemption came in a big way, when he sunk a ridiculous shot from deep.
Unfortunately, immediately after that, he ripped his pants down the middle in full view of the broadcast camera.
As noted on broadcast, that deep shot by Brady was good for a $100,000 donation to charity by Brooks Koepka, who made a challenge to Brady over Twitter while watching his early struggles. So, if you’re going to rip your pants on national TV, at least you’re doing it while contributing to charity!
