The CFL preseason kicked off earlier this week and the Toronto Argonauts and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats made their 2018 debuts in Hamilton on Friday night.
A lot of people don’t usually tend to show much interest in preseason action, but with Johnny Manziel expected to play his first snap in Hamilton and the Ticats’ rival in town there was a lot of interest in this particular game. Although Tiger-Cats fans didn’t have much to cheer about in the opening quarter as they went down early, a couple of fans gave everyone in attendance a reason to cheer.
Bruce proposed to his girlfriend Julie during a commercial break in the opening quarter and she happily accepted. His proposal came in true Ticats form, though, as he managed to find a way to chirp the Argos in his proposal.
