This Stanley Cup wedding cake is simply magnificent

Some couples take their love of hockey to new levels, especially when it comes to their personal lives.

A newly wedded pair recently proved their fandom by serving a Stanley Cup cake at their wedding. The dessert is incredibly detailed and includes the names of their guests along the sides.

They’re definitely going to have a tough time preserving that one in the freezer!

Other couples have attempted to serve a similar type of cake, but didn’t exactly include the same detail. Still, it’s tough to complain as a guest when you’re being served one of sport’s greatest trophies.

Some have been using hockey in other unique ways. Take this father for example, who went viral after taking a slap shot and discovering he’s having a boy.

And before him, Ottawa Senators Erik Karlsson also took a shot and received the same result.
