Stick a fork in those Winnipeg Jets, everybody.
On Monday night, the Montreal Canadiens took care of business with a 3-2 overtime win to complete the sweep that literally no one saw coming. It was all Montreal from the start so Jets fans shouldn’t have been too surprised by the end result, but with that said… they still had every right to be angry, especially after their own sweep over the Oilers.
Our resident Jets fan Jesse Pollock was on a rollercoaster of emotions throughout the entire playoffs, but he really let it all out after series-clinching goal… on a broom. The guy was heated.
That poor, poor broom. After things settled down, the Winnipeg native shared his thoughts on his team’s season coming to an end. Who on earth saw this coming?!
Well, it looks like Jesse owes his roommate a new broom… and noise cancelling headphones maybe? We still don’t know how he put up with all the yelling.
