This guy absolutely goes off on the speed bag and creates impressive beat

It may look pretty surreal when you see a boxer going to town on a speed bag. Realistically, the little tear drop bag is doing most of the work, but it does take quite an incredible sense of rhythm and timing to get it to really go.

Then there’s Alan Kahn, author of The Speed Bag Bible. If there’s anyone that really knows how to get a Speed Bag moving rhythmically, it’s Kahn.

For some reason we are suddenly in the mood to watch Drumline.

In all fairness, this man wrote a whole book on speed bags. Glad to see he’s living up to expectation.
