Security guards at sports stadiums have a tough job, unless they’re positioned at the entrance.

At the entrance of the stadium, you basically have one job: Give people a light pat down as they enter to prevent them from bringing in unwanted objects. Of course, in extreme scenarios, this could be a weapon or projectiles, but most of the time it’s just youth trying to bring in booze.

No matter what anyone wanted to bring in to White Hart Lane, the home of the Tottenham Spurs, they basically had a free pass with the amount of effort this security guard is giving.

Of course, if someone really wanted to get something in, they probably could have no matter what given the types of pat downs they’re issuing, but this was especially poor.

We’re not even sure he ever actually touched anyone in the video. Like an awkward teen, his hover hand skills are elite as they just barely graze across everyone’s torso and arms. We’re sure the people entering the stadium were happy with it. 99.9% of people aren’t trying to break any rules and are just there to see their team play, and this is definitely better than the unnecessarily thorough searches we’ve all seen or experienced in the past.

Tottenham fans, if you want some cheap food and drinks at the stadium, you know who to go to.

We’ll also take this moment to remind people that you can bring food to many ball parks around the MLB. As long as it’s boxed or wrapped you’re good to go. Seriously, bring whatever you want.
