Alligators and humans don't often come into contact because, let's face it, nobody wants to mess with those beast, especially on a golf course.
Yet, it seems time and time again these creatures are caught strolling through what many people consider to be the most peaceful place on earth.
Ocean Point Golf Links at Fripp Island is as beautiful and peaceful a golf course as you'll see, but it got a whole lot scarier when this 12-foot gator sauntered down the 4th fairway.
If that doesn't send chills down your spine, you're a lot braver than us because if we saw that dinosaur-gator casually making its way down the fairway, we'd be on our way to the next hole in the blink of an eye.
Thankfully everyone's favourite fictional golfer, Happy Gilmore, was braver than us.
