It makes sense that Gritty is a popular Halloween costume this year. This is Gritty’s world and we’re all living in it.
But, Gritty isn’t necessarily an easy costume to put together. Let’s just say we’ve seen some bad Gritties out there. This one, though — featuring the Philly Phanatic as well! — is impeccable, and looks very respectably close to the real thing.

If you go as Gritty for Halloween, you get free license to body-check anyone at will for the night, right? That’s how things should be, at least.
As it turns out, Gritty and the Philly Phanatic would be a great couples costume. You really couldn’t name a more iconic duo.
