The Seattle Kraken have yet to play an NHL game, but they’ve already solidified themselves as one of our favourite teams in the league.
They’ve positioned themselves as a new school, inclusive, and exciting force in the league with everything they’ve brought to the table so far, and we’re excited to see what else they have in store when they actually get to draft a team.
In the meantime, though, the NHL was finally able to hammer down dates for a 2020-2021 season. Hockey will commence on January 13th, and hockey fans around the world jumped for joy at the news that the hockey-less drought will finally be over. The Kraken don’t get a shot to play hockey until next season, but they’re not missing out on taking shots online.
