Who saw Vegas finishing as one of the league's top teams at the beginning of the season?

The NHL's 31st franchise well exceeded expectations, capturing the Pacific Division and setting an incredible tone in Vegas for years to come. Their efforts earned them home ice advantage in the first round and the team is gearing up to host their first playoff game in history. T-Mobile arena is sure to be a scene, but the one outside of it will likely be just as loud. Thousands of fans are set outside of the rink to cheer on their squad against the always scary Los Angeles Kings.

Vegas is of course just one of numerous teams with an area setup outside for fans. The Winnipeg Jets made sure to open up space for their faithful, who showed up dressed in white from head-to-toe.

T-Mobile Arena has been electrifying all season, featuring all sorts of interesting activities and one of the loudest atmospheres in 2018. Not to mention fans have gone the extra mile to show their support for the team.

A series win will give Vegas home ice advantage in their second round series, but they'll have to surrender it if they play Nashville in the third. Regardless, it's safe to say fans will be showing up outside to cheer on their team whether they're at home or on the road. At least they don't have to deal with the dreaded cold, unlike their adversaries in the North.
