As we celebrate Black History Month for all of February, many leagues and teams use their platform to show their support.
On Monday, the San Jose Sharks celebrated Black History night and sported custom jerseys during warm-ups that were designed by a Sharks employee who is also an artist, Mohamed Fofana, and the jerseys are awesome.
The Sharks are auctioning off the player-worn jerseys and the proceeds will go to benefitting the African American Community Service Agency in San Jose.
The artist, Mohamed Fofana, spoke about where he got his inspiration from.
