Russell Westbrook is known for his unique fashion sense and incredible ability on the court.
The Raptor (Toronto's mascot) is known for making fans smile and laugh in a number of unique ways and one of those ways is apparently dressing up like Russ and rocking what he wore to Thunder's opening playoff game to Game 2 against the Wizards.
