The National Women’s Hockey League’s newest franchise the Toronto Six have found a home for their inaugural season.
On Thursday afternoon, the team announced they had officially partnered with Canlan Ice Sports and will be playing their home games for the 2020-21 season at Canlan Ice Sports York.
The arena is located at Jane St. and Steeles Ave. W in the northern part of Toronto and features six ice surfaces, including a 1,200-seat Olympic-sized rink which will be theirs on game days.
They will also be using the arena as its primary practice facility and will have their own locker room built for the season.
