Times are tough right now for the Flyers. There's really no other way to put it. Philadelphia finds itself in last place in the Eastern Conference entering play on Monday night and they've lost four games in a row.
Furthermore, in those four games, the Flyers have given up a grand total of 22 goals. On Monday, the team made yet another move in the crease by calling up 2016 second round pick Carter Hart.
The 20-year-old getting called up is significant in a couple of ways. For starters, Hart could play his first career game which is always exciting.
Unfortunately his call-up led to a franchise record the Flyers probably didn't want any part of.
Injuries have ravished the Flyers' crease this season and now Hart steps in looking to provide some kind of stability is his first stint with the big club if his name gets called. (H/T: /r/hockey)
