We're less than one and a half months away from the release of NHL 20, and fans of the popular EA Sports video game were given a treat with the releasing of the game's open beta.
Available on Xbox and Playstation stores, clips of the gameplay have circulated on social media, with popular YouTubers like The Nasher sharing short clips of the game's new features like the storm surge, new reply angles and of course, Gritty.
Making his official debut into the video game is Gritty, who will surely be putting on a show whenever he pops up onto the screen.
You can bet he'll be a force in the NHL Threes Mascot game.
The full game, with Auston Matthews gracing the cover, will drop September 13.
