Wow, there really is a reason why Sunday Night Football is chalked up as one of the best matchups of the week. This matchup between the Arizona Cardinals and the Seattle Seahawks was EXACTLY that. Let us take you through the wild ending of this insane matchup.

After being down 10 in the 4th quarter the Cardinals tied the game up courtesy of a Christian Kirk Touchdown and Zane Gonzalez field goal.

This sent the game into overtime which is where things go REALLY interesting. The Seahawks started with the ball and couldn’t convert. This was the Cardinals chance. They marched down the field and were within field goal range for Zane Gonzalez to knock through a winner, BUT HE MISSED!

This meant the Seahawks could win with a field goal and they had 2 minutes left to do it. Things were going to plan until 1st round defat pick Isiaiah Simmons had something to say about it.

This gave the Cardinals hope and this time it was a 48-yard attempt from Gonzalez which would determine the outcome of the game…

Cardinals WIN! After missing the earlier attempt, Gonzalez was sure happy to get the job done and give the undefeated Seahawks their first loss of the year.
