When it comes to surprises this season in the NHL, the New Jersey Devils have to be at the top of any list.

The Devils finished in last place in the East last season, but they've seemingly turned things around as they sit in first place in the Metropolitan Division, ahead of the Penguins, Capitals and Blue Jackets by three points.

Sunday night, the Devils won their second straight game, but it was from an easy win as they were down 4-1 in the first period on the road to the Blackhawks.

New Jersey scored the next five goals, though, to complete the comeback and eventually win 7-5.

22-year-old Miles Wood led the way for the Devils with a hat trick and an assist, and New Jersey had some fun on Twitter by trolling this Blackhawks fan by using the sign she brought to the game against her.

This fan saw a hat trick, but it wasn't from a Blackhawks player.  Guess sometimes you can't get everything you want in life, right?
