Seriously, we’re getting more recreational softball league than major league team.
But upon seeing the Diamondbacks' latest Nike City Connect jerseys, we are definitely open to revisiting their case.
The ‘Serpientes’ jerseys that dropped Sunday are paying homage to the franchise’s history, as they strive to "highlight the franchise’s desert roots, the state’s Hispanic culture and the bond between the team and its fans."
As one of only seven teams debuting this series of jerseys, the D-Backs will also wear the uniform seven times this season, debuting when they host the Dodgers this coming Friday.
